Franziska Fischer was born in 1981 in Stralsund. After completing her professional education, she began studying textile and clothing technology at Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in Mönchengladbach, before she came to Mercedes Benz as part of a project where she worked as a service assistant. Her main responsibilities included customer care, the processing of insurance and guarantee cases, as well as billing and processing of payment transactions.

She then completed a two-year training course to become an industrial clerk including a year-long internship at Caverion Germany GmbH.

After successfully completing this qualification, she worked as an employee in Arla Foods Germany's Customer Service department and looked after clients in Germany and abroad. Her main tasks were order entry and processing, article maintenance, billing and complaint handling.
Afterwards she worked as a project assistant at Hauser GmbH.

Franziska Fischer has been sales assistant at innotaste GmbH since February 2019.
