Sandra Hipler was born in 1976 in Schwerte, Germany. After completing her training as a chemical laboratory assistant at the University of Dortmund in August 1998, she worked for 4 years in the field of cleaning and analysis at the company STEAG microParts GmbH (today: Boehringer Ingelheim microParts GmbH). While working in this position, Sandra was able to acquire extensive knowledge in the biochemical and microbiological fields. Her main responsibilities included cleaning and residue analysis of medical instruments, release analysis and hygiene monitoring in GMP areas.
She was able to extend and deepen her knowledge in the field of instrumental analysis in the Department of Biochemistry at the Technical University of Dortmund over the following 5 years.
After her parental leave, Sandra was employed by the Department of Chemistry at the Hochschule Niederrhein, University of Applied Sciences before starting as a Sampling Manager at innostaste GmbH in March 2019.
