The Cesarin product portfolio includes a wide range of purely natural fruits & vegetable pieces and paste, such as candied and semi-candied fruit from fresh raw material, jams and semi-finished products for ice cream, products with low water activity (ideal for filling chocolate) and semi-finished products of fruit and vegetables from organic agriculture, plus ready-to-use paste for the ice-cream and bakery/pastry products. Additionally, HG- and LG-stabilised vegetables build an alternative to dehydrated and frozen products.

HG*- and LG-stabilised vegetables: the alternative to dehydrated and frozen, which solves multiple production problems.
*HG products are produced from semi-candied fruit in brine. The difference from LWA (Low Water Activity) is the production process and the original raw material. Whereas HG are made from semi candied fruit, LWA are produced from fresh fruit thorough a hot candied process (80°).
